Refund Policy

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Andrew Atireklarp, trading as Personal Trainer Andrew (“I,” “me,” or “my”).
1. General Policy
- 
All payments for services are processed in advance.
 - 
Payments for services already delivered are non-refundable.
 - 
Refunds for services not yet delivered may be considered at my discretion.
 
2. Subscription Services
- 
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
 - 
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
 - 
Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
 - 
Refunds for unused subscription periods may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies.
 - 
Premium bi-weekly coaching calls: Missed calls must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Calls not rescheduled will be considered delivered and are non-refundable.
 
3. App and Digital Content
- 
Access to apps, training plans, and digital resources is included with subscriptions.
 - 
Once access has been provided, refunds will generally not be issued.
 
4. In-Person Sessions (Studio & In-Home)
- 
All in-person sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase; unused sessions are forfeited.
 - 
Missed or late cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice are not refundable or reschedulable.
 - 
Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur additional fees.
 
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- 
In exceptional cases, such as verified medical emergencies, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 - 
All requests must be submitted in writing via email with relevant supporting documentation.

7. Changes to Refunds Policy

I may update this Refunds Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on my website with an updated “Effective Date.”
 - 
Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
