Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

This Refunds Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Andrew Atireklarp, trading as Personal Trainer Andrew (“I,” “me,” or “my”).

1. General Policy

  • All payments for services are processed in advance.

  • Payments for services already delivered are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for services not yet delivered may be considered at my discretion.

2. Subscription Services

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

  • Refunds for unused subscription periods may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as verified medical emergencies.

  • Premium bi-weekly coaching calls: Missed calls must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Calls not rescheduled will be considered delivered and are non-refundable.

3. App and Digital Content

  • Access to apps, training plans, and digital resources is included with subscriptions.

  • Once access has been provided, refunds will generally not be issued.

4. In-Person Sessions (Studio & In-Home)

  • All in-person sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase; unused sessions are forfeited.

  • Missed or late cancellations without at least 24 hours’ notice are not refundable or reschedulable.

  • Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur additional fees.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional cases, such as verified medical emergencies, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • All requests must be submitted in writing via email with relevant supporting documentation.

7. Changes to Refunds Policy

  • I may update this Refunds Policy from time to time.

  • Any changes will be posted on my website with an updated “Effective Date.”

  • Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
