  • Form Check Coaching – Send me up to 2 training videos per month and I’ll provide clear feedback to improve your technique.

  • Direct Messaging Access – Ask questions anytime through the app, with responses within 24–48 hours.

  • Nutrition Guidance & Education – Learn how to manage calories, macros, and food choices while enjoying flexibility.
