These Terms, Subscription, and Payment Policies govern your use of the services provided by Andrew Atireklarp, trading as Personal Trainer Andrew (“I,” “me,” or “my”). By accessing or using my services, you agree to these policies.
1. Services
I provide online and in-person personal training and fitness coaching services globally. Services include structured training plans, coaching, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and related fitness support.

Nutrition Starter Guide – Simple meal ideas and calorie guidance to support training.

Weekly Check-Ins with Feedback – Submit weekly progress and receive tailored advice.

Form Check Coaching – Up to 2 training videos per month with feedback.

Direct Messaging Access – Ask questions anytime via the app (responses within 24–48 hours).

Nutrition Guidance & Education – Learn to manage calories, macros, and food choices.

All Basic Features Included – App access, habit tracking, and demo videos.

Bespoke Workout Plans – Custom-built around your goals, lifestyle, and fitness level.

1:1 Bi-Weekly Coaching Calls – Private video sessions to review progress and set goals.

Unlimited Form Checks – Send unlimited videos with priority feedback.
 - 
Macro-Based Nutrition Coaching – Tailored calorie and macro targets with adjustments.

Priority Messaging Access – Faster responses and unlimited guidance.

Progress Tracking Dashboard – Detailed reports on training, nutrition, and habits.

2. In-Person Add-Ons
Add-on sessions are available to supplement your online package:

Private Studio & In-Home Training – Train in a studio or your home; workouts are adapted to your space and equipment.

Bespoke Hands-On Coaching – Personalised corrections, progressions, and motivation.
 - 
Flexible Scheduling – Book sessions around your availability.
 - 
Seamless Integration – Add sessions to your existing online plan for combined programming and tracking.
 - 
Block Booking Options:

Studio: 3 sessions £139 / 6 sessions £269 / 9 sessions £399 / 12 sessions £529
 - 
In-Home: 3 sessions £199 / 6 sessions £379 / 9 sessions £549 / 12 sessions £699

Session Expiry: All in-person sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase. Unused sessions after this period are forfeited.
 - 
Availability: All in-person sessions are subject to trainer availability.
 
3. Client Eligibility
- 
Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
 - 
Confirm you are physically able to participate in programs offered.
 - 
Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns.
 
4. Payment
- 
Subscription fees for online packages are billed monthly in advance.
 - 
Add-on sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
 - 
Payments must be made using accepted payment methods.
 - 
Services will not be provided if payment is not received.
 - 
You authorise automatic billing for recurring subscriptions until you cancel.
 
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Online Subscriptions:
- 
Can be cancelled at any time; notify me at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.
 - 
Cancellation prevents future billing, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
 
Online Coaching Calls:
- 
Premium bi-weekly calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
 
In-Person Sessions:
- 
Must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
 - 
Missed or late cancellations without notice are charged in full.
 - 
All in-person sessions must be used within 1 month of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited.
 
6. Refunds
- 
Payments for services already delivered (online or in-person) are non-refundable.
 - 
Refunds for undelivered services may be considered at my discretion.
 - 
Special circumstances (medical emergencies, relocation) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
 
7. Client Responsibilities
- 
Provide accurate and complete health and fitness information.
 - 
Perform exercises safely and within your physical limits.
 - 
Inform me immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or medical issues while training.
 - 
Follow guidance responsibly; misuse or neglect of advice is at your own risk.
 - 
Maintain your subscription account and keep payment information current.
 - 
Notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
- 
Fitness activities carry inherent risks, including injury.
 - 
I am not a medical professional; advice and programmes are for educational purposes only.
 - 
Liability is limited to the value of the fees you paid for the affected service.
 
9. Termination
- 
I may terminate or suspend access to services if you violate these Terms or misuse materials.
 - 
You may terminate services at any time; fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.
 
10. Intellectual Property
- 
All materials (training plans, videos, images, documents, content) are my intellectual property.
 - 
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share materials without written consent.
 
11. Privacy
Use of my services is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect, use, and protect your personal information.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- 
Policies are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
 - 
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
 
13. Changes to Policies
- 
Policies may be updated; changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.”
 - 
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated policies.
 
14. Health & Liability Disclaimer
- 
I am not a medical professional; advice is for educational purposes.
 - 
Consult a doctor before starting any new program, especially with medical conditions or injuries.
 - 
Participation involves inherent risks, including injury.
 - 
You agree that Personal Trainer Andrew is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages.
 - 
Your health and safety are your responsibility; follow guidance sensibly.
